ANDAM Just Announced Its Finalists
for 2017

Who’d be a designer in June? If they’re not in the States biting their nails, nervously awaiting the results of the CFDA Fashion Awards on June 5, they’re in Europe, getting ready to do their song and dance routines in front of the ANDAM jury in Paris on the 30th.
ANDAM, founded at the end of the ’80s by Nathalie Dufour, has launched some biggies in its time: Maison Martin Margiela (1989), Christophe Lemaire (1990), and Anthony Vaccarello (2011). And that’s before you factor in that hugely talented designers like Demna Gvasalia of Vetements and Simon Porte Jacquemus have also been in the running for it in recent years. In 2016, Wanda Nylon’s Johanna Senyk, Atlein’s Antonin Tron, and Emmanuel Tomasini of Tomasini Paris all walked off with prizes.
