Jacob Cohën Junior
debutta a Pitti Bimbo

Main Pavilion, Lower Floor, Stand V2-4

Debuting for the first time ever at Pitti Bimbo, the kidswear collection of Jacob Cohën for kids aged 4 to 14 moves in complete continuity with the identity of the company, but at the lively rhythm of digital natives. For the spring-summer, we are in Los Angeles, outside in the full light of day. From the beaches of Santa Monica, to Beverly Hills, all the way to the Walk of Fame on West Hollywood, kids run after one another amongst surfboards and glittering stars. Experiment, design, and surprise: the challenge is to combine extremely different fabrics, often with a vintage taste, in a harmonious logic. For him, surf is more than a sport, it’s a lifestyle. So, the green light is given on sweatshirts with across-the-board surfboard prints or with only a side screen-printing, on bandanas with the letter J splashed on like water, and on shorts and cutoffs inspired by the lives of lifeguards. All of which is completed by denim jackets, revamped bombers, nylon windbreakers flocked with a fishnet design and jackets in washed and re-dyed cotton for special occasions. The must-have is the iconic “688” skinny jeans proposed in 12 different colors. For her, 1993, Beverly Hills. 90’s revival between total denim and eye-catching prints, appliqués of glittering stars and embroidered hibiscus flowers. Slightly street and slightly bon-ton inspires the Hollywood Walk of Fame: on the catwalk are the classic jacket (short and with playful appliqués) and the denim duster. The Jacob Cohën Junior collection is distributed by the new Jacob Cohen Company Spa showroom, located in the heart of the Milan fashion district, and by Guffanti Concept. It is sold in the Jacob Cohën flagship stores of Milan, Paris, Saint Tropez, on Luisaviaroma, and by select Italian and foreign wholesale channels.
