To become an exhibitor you need to give us some information.  At the side you will find the procedure to follow.

1. Companies wishing to participate should send an e-mail to ct.filati@pittimmagine.com 

2. You will be asked to fill in an application form for the brand and company which will be submitted to our Technical Committee. The form requests a series of information about the brand and its history, the company profile and the positioning of the product, to help the Technical Committee make its assessment.

3.
Following the meeting of the Technical Committee, Pitti Immagine will inform each company that has submitted an application form of the Committee’s decision.


4. Pitti Immagine will contact the companies who have been accepted for inclusion in the fair.

The term VISITOR includes the following CATEGORIES:

- clothing manufacturers
- independent fashion designers
- knitting mills
- department stores
- import/export companies
- buying offices
- tanneries
- wool mills
- yarn processors
- needlework stores

The entrance card (Pitti Card) is strictly personal and belongs to the named-user.
It cannot be transferred to another person and should be worn in a visible position throughout the event so that it can be checked.
The Pitti Card is valid for fiscal purposes and is NON refundable.
The price includes the official catalogue, parking, shuttle buses to and from the hotels and Peretola airport, the Carlson Wagonlit Travel desk (railway and airline ticket office, car hire, hotel bookings), reimbursement of the return Pisa airport/Florence S.M.Novella train fare, left-luggage service at the S.M.Novella railway station, left-luggage service at the fair, coat check and crèche service with specialist personnel.
The Pitti card is valid for the duration of the fair.
The entrance card can be purchased in the following ways:

- EASY PITTI CARD
This is the new service that makes it possible for anyone who has not purchased a pre-paid card to avoid queuing at the registration desk. Just enter the names of the people who wish to take part in the fair and click on the arrow at the side of their name. A page will open for each of them with a personal bar code. This page can be printed or e-mailed to your own e-mail address and displayed at the Easy Pitti Card desk at the fair. In just a few seconds your entrance badge will be printed at a cost of € 25 per person.

 - PURCHASE AT FAIR:
If you do not use the pre-paid service, you can purchase a ticket at the event. The cost is € 25 per person. The Pitti Card is valid for the duration of the event and is non-transferable.
Buyers who have already attended the fair can go to the Registered Visitors desk and purchase an entrance ticket.
Buyers who have never attended the fair before should go to the New Visitors desk with a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and their company’s business card.

Pitti Immagine fairs are not open to everyone but are reserved ONLY for journalists and freelancers working with: newspapers, press agencies, TV/radio, websites/blogs and magazines specializing in fashion, design, art, economics and culture. 

Pitti Immagine fairs are not open to everyone but are reserved only for journalists and freelancers working with: newspapers, press agencies, TV/radio, websites/blogs and magazines specializing in fashion, design, art, economics and culture.
Journalists and freelancers with a letter of appointment on headed notepaper signed by the editorial director and/or a copy of a published article and/or a colophon from the newspaper in which his/her name appears, will have the right to free access to the fair.
It is not sufficient to show your journalist’s ID in order to gain free access, you should also present the documentation described above.

We should remind you that the Pitti Immagine fairs are by invitation only and reserved only for PR agencies in possession of the documentation requested.
Use of the entrance card is limited to the event for which it was issued.

FREE ACCESS
PRs with a letter of appointment
on the headed notepaper of a client who is one of the exhibitors stating the names of the people to be accredited (maximum 5 per client).
