RESEARCH WITHOUT COMPROMISES
The new edition of the Pitti Immagine show for women’s accessories and prêt-a-porter will run in Milan from 25 to 27 February, at The Mall in Porta Nuova Varesine. Featuring 144 brands, Super focuses on a mix of brands with even more priority on research and selection: with “new ins”, benchmark brands for the world of Pitti and global scouting of emerging talents.
It will feature international scouting of hyper-selected collections, sourced specifically and in line with the Pitti Immagine DNA: Super is a concept of womenswear dedicated to the most demanding of international buyers and it targets the best multi-brands all over the world.
Once again, this edition sees an entirely reworked layout. SUPER will cover a surface area of 4,200 square metres, with layout design by Andrea Caputo, an architecture and design firm in Milan that works worldwide. The new set up stems from the idea of creating a post-industrial, work-in-progress atmosphere, using scaffolding pipes as the distinctive detail. The result is big-impact interiors, a sort of controlled chaos that accompanies visitors throughout the show, deconstructing boxes and hierarchies to give free rein to the creative input provided by the new collections.
