The 7th edition of the fai dedicated to excellence in taste and food lifestyles. Taste is the Italian fair dedicated to good eating and good living attended by the top figures in the international gastronomic and catering trade as well as an increasingly growing public of passionate foodies.

The itinerary that gives visitors a chance to discover and sample products by 250 companies selected from amongst the producers of excellent niche products from all over Italy.

Tools for chefs, and anyone who loves cookung food & kitchen design utensils, clothing and technical/professional equipment for the table and kitchen.
_shop
A department store of exclusive foods where you can buy everything you have sampled on the tour, and anything else you still need, over 1,500 products in the catalogue, with more than 21,000 items sold at the last edition.

The cultural-gastronomic arena organized by the "Gastronaut" Davide Paolini. Here the top experts and VIPs from the world of food discuss to hot topics of taste and contemporary food culture. Plus, a packed calendar of events - photographic exhibitions, book presentation, cookery competitions - organized by Pitti Immagine and the exhibitors, turning the spotlight on the protagonists of the world of taste

The off-site meetings program that encompasses the whole of the city and its top locations with themed suppers and tastings, shows and creativ performances, events and new ways of presenting quality food. The calendar featured over 100 events at the last edition.
