For three days, at the Opera House, Nicola Giuntini, historical baker of Quarrata - Pistoia and Piero Capecchi will animate a special workshop with oven, working the Taste Bread live. Davide Longoni (Panificio Davide Longoni Milano), Pasquale Polito (Forno Brisa Bologna) and Matteo Piffer (Panificio Moderno Trento) will also be participating in the Taste Bakery experience.
