For exhibitors

Pitti Card is an admission card for all visitors and exhibitors, valid for the entire duration of the show.
Pitti Card will make it possible to use all the services available at the show: the official catalogue; parking; shuttle bus service to and from hotels, parking areas, Peretola airport; travel information; free ticket on the train from Pisa airport to Florence S. Maria Novella station and back; baggage check at the Santa Maria Novella Railroad Station; coat check. In accordance with the law and Pitti Card is an important document because:

- it is personal and not transferable;
- it must be worn in a visible manner at all times;
- it must be shown to organisers' personnel in charge of control and security;

How to apply for Pitti Cards
Exhibitors have the right to request free entrance cards for owners and stand staff.
The number of free cards provided depends on the size of the exhibition area occupied. The cards can be collected at the event – Exhibitor Registration – c/o Dogana, after entering the names onto our extranet (Pitticard management).

The Pitti Card is the entrance card for buyers and exhibitors.
You can get your free entrance card at the Pitt W fair's reception desks directly (Via Valfonda). The entrance card for Pitti W cannot be sent in advance. If you want to attend Pitti Uomo also, the Pitti Card has to be purchased at the price of € 25,00 at the reception desk in Fortezza da Basso. The Pitti Card is valid all the fair long.

Car Parks, Shuttle, Left Luggage, Reception, Nursery, Sample Reception 

Exhibitor car park
Pitti Immagine exhibitors can park, cars only, in the underground car park in the Porta al Prato – Stazione Leopolda area, on presentation of the special coupon sent out with your Pitti Card. There is no surveillance and Pitti Immagine accepts no responsibility for theft of contents or damage to vehicles parked here.
A continual shuttle service links the car park to the Fortezza da Basso.

Visitor car park

Plenty of spaces are reserved for visitors in San Donato Viale Guidoni on the corner with Via Sandro Pertini.

Stand fitters car park

Plenty of spaces are reserved for stand fitters in Viale XI Agosto (Peretola area).

Shuttle buses

There is a shuttle service to and from the Fortezza da Basso and the main hotels, exhibitor and visitor car parks and Florence airport.

Cloakroom and left luggage
There are free cloakroom and left luggage services at the trade fair district for exhibitors and visitors.


Left luggage at Santa Maria Novella Station
At Santa Maria Novella, the central station in Florence, there is a free left luggage service reserved for Pitti Immagine event participants on platform 16, plus a welcome service on the platforms.


Incoming at Pisa airport and train tickets
Pitti Immagine organises an incoming service at Pisa airport, complete with free Pisa-Florence train tickets.


Nursery
For Pitti Immagine Uomo and Pitti Immagine Bimbo a nursery is set up near the main entrance of the Fortezza da Basso.

The price of your pass includes a copy of the fair catalogue.
Every exhibitor has the right to a fair catalogue, distributed on stands on the first day of the fair.
Catalogues may only be obtained at the fair, they are never sent out.
Journalists can get their copy of the catalogue in the Press Room. 
PR agents with a client at the fair will find their catalogue on the stand.
A pdf copy of the catalogue is available for online users.

By car

The Autostrada del Sole (A1 motorway) links Florence with Bologna and Milan to the north and Rome and Naples to the south. The Firenze Mare (A11 motorway) links it with Lucca and the Tyrrhenian coast off the Genoa-Livorno A12 motorway. 

Following the start of work to renovate, extend and enhance the exhibition venue, Pitti Immagine has developed all its services with a view to making access to the Fortezza da Basso easier and more practical:
- large car park for exhibitors and the press in Piazzale Vittorio Veneto (Cascine area);
- large car park for visitors in Viale Guidoni on the corner with Via Sandro Pertini;
- large car park for exhibitors in Piazzale Vittorio Veneto;
- large car park for stand fitters in Via XI Agosto (Peretola area);
- continual shuttle service to and from the three car park areas and the Fortezza da Basso;
- additional shuttle services to and from the Fortezza da Basso and city hotels.

By train

Florence is linked to major Italian and European cities by Eurostar trains.The main station is Santa Maria Novella, located right in the centre and just 200 metres from the Fortezza da Basso.

By plane 

 “Amerigo Vespucci” airport in Florence

It is about 4 km outside the city centre and offers air links with major European cities and with airports in Rome and Milan, making for easy links with all international destinations.

“Galileo Galilei” airport in Pisa
60 km from Florence.
There is a one-hour rail connection between Pisa airport and Florence.Free ticket for the Pisa Airport/Santa Maria Novella Florence train on presentation of proof of participation in Pitti.Outbound tickets can be picked up at the Pitti Immagine – Carlson Wagonlit Desk in Pisa Airport, whereas return tickets must be requested at the Pitti Immagine – Carlson Wagon desk at the Fortezza da Basso  (Central Pavilion - groung floor) .The only free means of transport for buyers is the train.
No other means of transport are eligible.
