Pitti Tutorship Reward goes to the neo-graduate

Amanda Franzoni

for her kidswear collection at the IED Graduates Fashion Show

On Monday 18 June, in the evocative set of Milan’s Teulié Military School, 12 students presented their creations for the IED Graduates Fashion Show 2018, an end of three year cycle event of the students of IED Milan Fashion School. On the occasion of the final show, Pitti Tutorship - the direction of Pitti Immagine that helps, accompanies and directs young talented designers in their entrepreneurial path - has rewarded for the first time a kidswear collection: the award winner was Amanda Franzoni, author of the colorful children collection BIZZARRIESTRAORDINARIAMENTEORDINARIE.

During the award ceremony the Tutorship Director Riccardo Vannetti stated:

"It is the first time that Pitti Tutorship Reward goes to a kidswear collection. For its debut, Amanda chose to compete with the difficult challenge of kidswear model patterns, achieved the goal of wearability with a strong and joyful collection".

Thanks to Pitti Tutorship Reward, Amanda will be followed throughout three meetings with the Tutorship Director Riccardo Vannetti, focused on three specific key areas - Portfolio Review / Setup, Orientation Meeting and Strategy Meeting, fundamental targets aimed at leading talented neo-graduates in their professional path.
