Pitti Tutorship Reward ceremony was held on Monday 21st May 2018 in collaboration with The New School's Parsons School of Design, a renowned institute for fashion world whose graduates include some of the most influential fashion designers in contemporary fashion.
An academic judging panel composed of members from The New School’s has selected three designers from its own students participating in the project’s open call.  From these three Riccardo Vannetti, our Pitti Tutorship Director chose the winner, William Stautberg.

“We strongly believe in education as a base for promoting creativity and through this new collaboration with Parsons we are proud to consolidate our intervention supporting the training process of the talents of tomorrow all over the world. For the originality of his collection, for the incisive vision of an innovative style of menswear and for the uniqueness of the elements that match sartorial garments with “athleisure”, we chose the young and talented William Stautberg”. says Riccardo Vannetti.

“We are really pleased to be collaborating with Pitti Immagine on this important partnership that offers vital support to our students”, comments Burak Cakmak, Dean of Fashion at the Parsons School of Design“and we can’t wait to see what William Stautberg will create in the future".
