Wines, foods, delicacies, tasting sessions, debates and provocations, music and art. All this and more comprised “Taste. In viaggio con le diversità del gusto” [Traveling with Diversities in Tastes] (18-20 March 2006), the event dedicated to the best names in Italian wine-and-food-culture,  that concluded yesterday at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence. Approximately 6,500 took this original gastronautic tour.

Taste is an event devoted to the discovery of the cultural and biological diversities of foods. It is a fair, a wide-open tasting session, an excursion seeking old and new gastronomic lodes and wellness, a venue for pure cultural-gastronomic debate and an observation on contemporary taste evolution in our globalized society.

From 18 to 20 March 2006 the Stazione Leopolda in Florence will host the first edition of TASTE: an original gastronautic tour dedicated to discovering the cultural and biological diversities of foods.
