Quis Quis & From the world
Two new fashion tales for children
Stefano Cavalleri, the founder and creative director of Pinco Pallino fashion house, introduces Quis Quis and From the World. Not simply collections, but two creative projects marked by his DNA and unmistakable style. The two collections will be sent down the runway at the 76th Pitti Immagine Bimbo fair, on January 17 at 5 p.m. in the Ronda Room.
The sweet Quis Quis world. A sophisticated and fashionable collection represents designer Stefano Cavalleri’s Dolce Stil Novo. The collection focuses on a total look, mostly for girls aged 2 to 14, with the addition of a mini baby collection from 0 to 24 months. The new collection is inspired by a fairy-tale, iconic world populated by children who imagine that they are grown-ups with eyes wide open into the future, peeking from inside a stylish yet practical limbo combining creativity and comfort.
Baby Grand Tour. The From the World trips. From the world is a manifesto for young romantic travelers. The collection was born for the purpose of declaring where it comes from: each piece shows a differently-colored label according to its origin. The collection is designed as a melting pot of craftsmanship and manual skill handed down over the centuries: embroidery from Jaipur, silk from Shanghai, Mongolian cashmere, jacquard alpaca from Lima, slippers from Marrakech, broderie anglaise by Barbara from Gallarate, the friulane, filigree from Valenza. The F/W 2013-2014 collection includes dresses, coats, duvet coats, knitwear and a wealth of accessories, dedicated to the world of little princesses.
