Ultralight fabrics for the Herno Kids collection
Brand new to the SS2020 Herno Kids collection is the logo that makes the brand’s iconic models even more unique and recognizable. The maxi writing HERNO is prominently displayed on the back of the versatile bomber jacket made from soft unlined jersey, with matching stretch nylon for boys and sparkling techno-taffeta for girls in the hood and sleeves. For boys, timeless Ultralight nylon for padded jackets in down or thermal stuffing are suited to the cooler days of spring. Everyone stands at attention for the new military style mood: the bomber and parka are in crêpe-effect nylon with camouflage inserts, or choose robust army cotton with playful patches that reclaim the iconic stars of military uniforms alongside an essential field jacket. In the Herno Laminar line, created in partnership with Gore, we find a rainproof, breathable, and windproof bomber jacket, along with the classic technical items of the brand. Even in girls’ wear, Ultralight nylon represents a constant: this year jackets, short jackets, and vests are embellished by flounces and ruffles in technical taffeta. Dynamic models call for matchings with Plaster fabric in a parka and cape with ¾ sleeves. Taffeta paddings are reconfirmed as the undisputed bestsellers. Here, there is once again the military mood, parka, and field jacket, together with the classic A-shaped raincoat with belt, as the key item of Herno’s collections. Completing the selection, the two models that are part of the Herno Signature line: the coolest items – cape and crew-neck jacket – are in georgette with tone-on-tone lurex polka dots. Black, the prince of all fashion colors, is the exclusive color choice proposed also in the collection for mothers.
