After the success of the first edition, KidzFIZZ, the brand new children’s fashion project that brings together the most creative collections by brands that experiment with shapes, materials and presentation styles, gets even better. In line with the new global kids’ lifestyle scenarios, KidzFIZZ aims for a high level of characterization marked by research: because it is research, creative exploration, the contamination between fashion and design and the significant presence of accessories that make the difference in the kids’ fashion world today. Staged at the Medici Pavilion, with a striking layout by Storage Associati, KidzFIZZ is confirmed as the Pitti Bimbo laboratory of ideas and innovations.

Based in London and set up in 2014, Abc123me produces unisex clothing with great attention to fabrics: 100% soft cotton corduroy and organic cottons made in Portugal and India. 



The dream of every child to have a pair of wings for flying, leads to the new collection by this brand with its stylish cool imprint, teamed with an easy-to-wear approach. Dedicated to cosmopolitan children, their first flight takes them from Porto to Tokyo. 



Anne Kurris set up the kidswear brand that bears her name in 1998, with launch of her first collection. Since then, the label is sold all over the world in major fashion stores including Liberty and Selfridges in London, Barneys in New York, Luisa Via Roma in Florence, Le Bon Marché in Paris and Harvey Nichols. Her garments are well known for their strong colour combos and graphics, references to the world of art and pop culture. As well as her work as a designer, Anne Kurris also teaches graphic designer at the famous Antwerp Fashion Academy and Saint-Lucas University College in Antwerp, collaborating as a graphic designer with important names such as Dries Van Noten. 


Angel’s Face

Founded in London by the designer Keely Deininger, mother of three children, in 2007, Angel’s Face was created as a clothing brand for babies, kids and teenagers. Focus of her collections is the tutu in soft, floaty nylon-chiffon, in a great variety of colours. Each garment is packaged in a hat box with vintage allure, proof of the designer’s great attention to her products and their presentation. 


One of the best known brands in the world of flat shoes and ballerina pumps, always loyal to her origins and a fresh, unique and totally identifiable product image, Anniel produces footwear and accessories with an original, colourful look. The soft shoe from the world of gymnastics and that Anniel reinterprets in a thousand variations tells of this joy. Crowning the image is the classic ballerina, the half pointe and baby shoes, one of the brand’s bestsellers. As always, materials and prints are original and leathers and fabrics made in Italy interpret the simplicity of the shapes. 



Three sisters, six hands and a single passion. That’s the secret recipe of American Outfitters, a clothing line for women and children based in Belgium. Original prints, painstaking attention to detail and to the materials used to create collections for kids with a nod to the world of grown-ups for garments that are comfortable and basic, but also on-trend, looking like they have come straight out of mum and dad’s wardrobe.

a children’s footwear brand from New Zealand, Bobux was set up in the 1990s by Chris and Colleen Bennett, on a quest for a soft, flexible shoe for their little girl. The Bobux first shoe is created using soft suede with elastic around the ankle to ensure stability and allow the feet to continue to develop naturally. The first Bobux bootee went on to inspire a wide range of models suitable for supporting the physiological development of children’s feet. 


Blade & Rose

Blade & Rose is Britain’s leading children’s clothing brand specializing in trendsetting leggings featuring stylish and quirky designs on the bum and accessories. The company founded by entrepreneurial mother of two Amanda Peffer. Amanda found herself constantly pulling down her daughters dresses until she decided to embrace the beautiful bottom sticking out and design a fun range of leggings around this concept. A major component of the development was to ensure that the quality of the fabric was durable, functional, would wash well and most importantly, that was soft and kind to children’s delicate skin.

founded in 2010 by two mothers with experience in the sector and a passion for the world of kidswear, Dreamers makes clothes with enormous attention to details and materials, with careful checks at every stage of production. Super-soft, organic cotton with natural fibres selected from the best Italian manufacturers – this is the essence of the brand’s creations. For autumn-winter 2016-17, Dreamers and Ninaluna – another brand – present dresses, trousers and outwear in techno fabrics, fake furs with golden weaves, jersey, brushed cottons, soft wools and satin, in delicate hues mixed with strong contrasts. Les Lutins

a brand created by Catherine Artzet in 2011, Les Lutins produces layette accessories and clothes for babies aged 1 to 24 months, in soft, luxurious cashmere. All the creations are exclusive, embellished with tiny wooden buttons and available in a range of pale colours. The cardigans, dresses, trousers and accessories like blankets and little sheets that make up every season’s basic collection are joined by little cloaks and rugs. a line for children that joined the womenswear range in 2012, with garments thought up to express timeless elegance, enhancing taste and personality. For autumn/winter 2016,Charlotte Eskildsen, the creative director of Little Remix is inspired by the punk movement and, in particular, the British musical scene. The OttO BE brand was established in 2014 thanks to a partnership between the Korean designer Mina Lee, based in Seoul, and the Italian Lorena Zambelli, from Milan. The two designers share a history in the fashion world and they also became mothers in the same period – they came together to discover children’s fashion and, thanks to the combination of Italian taste, Oriental tradition and research into materials, they have produced their own single-product brand printed skirts with a designer slant, exclusively Made in Italy. The name OTTO BE comes from the infinity symbol (OTTO means eight in Italian) and the names of their children. 



Created by Flora Lastraioli, a lingerie company founded in Florence in 1932, Piccola is a line of nightshirts, dressing gowns and pyjamas for girls, made of completely natural fabrics and produced in Italy. Pitti Bimbo sees the debut of the Alice in Wonderland collection, offering colourful, dreamy dresses for both day and night, inspired by Lewis Carroll’s famous story. Ultra soft cottons and fluffy jerseys for simple but cleverly constructed volumes create a sophisticated homewear line. The colour palette ranges from sky blue to red, alongside pastel tones and neutral shades, and from white to black. Last but not least, rose petal appliqués and embroidery on garments enrich the high-quality tailoring.



Pilvi presents its “Breakfast in Amsterdam” collection through a stunning experience in 3D VIRTUAL REALITY dedicated to the visitors of Pitti Bimbo. A brand founded 10 years ago out of the creativity of Tracey Samuel, mother and knitwear designer, The Bonnie Mob is an ironic exploration of the spirit of freedom and the “wild” side of children’s daily life, even drawing inspiration from the Scottish childhood of its creator. “Celebrate Collection", is the theme of the FW16/17 collection by yporqué: a celebration of the brand’s 10th anniversary that features 6 looks teamed with the most representative dates on the children’s school calendar. In September the beginning is with a colourful “back to school”; Halloween meanwhile is the catalyst for reworking the classic rock’n’roll style in a tailoring key; while a touch of golden glints lights up Christmas. But winter is also the period suitable for warmer, cosier hues and fabrics. Last but not least, the Dance line, in pastels with tie-dye effects, dedicated to small springtime urban dancers.
