It starts off with “the territories of Tuscany and their products" that Anci Toscana and Accademia dei Georgofili have put together for the past two years. The event aims to extend the experience beyond regional boundaries. Speakers include
international and local experts, academics and institutional representatives
to discuss ways to enhance the importance of the territory via the promotion of traditional foodstuffs.
