Un menu che reinventa il sott'olio
In the unique space of the Student Hotel, Fooo Bistrot is celebrating that most Italian of traditions, vegetable purees and preserves in oil, serving gourmet pizza, tapas and warm dishes for happy hour and dinner. The stars of the event are the products from Agnoni, a company founded at the end of the sixties in Cori, province of Latina, out of a passion for the wholesomeness of the fruits of the earth.
All of the creations presented at the event Agnoni e i sapori della natura (Agnoni and the flavours of nature) reflect the varying aspects of the bistro's spirit, and, above all, the desire to promote good food: simple and healthy. On the menu for the evening, amongst other things: pizza with pecorino puree, finocchiona and Agnoni balsamic pickled onions; baguette with broccoli, Agnoni greens and smoked scamorza cheese; mini beef burgers and lardo di Colonnata served with cardoncelli mushrooms, artichoke puree and Agnoni peppers; loin of lamb in citrus and herbs, mandarin orange potato puree, and Agnoni artichoke tempura.
