Pellegrino Artusi, the author of the most famous recipe book of all time, was born two hundred years ago.  The Gastronaut Davide Paolini takes this opportunity to celebrate him and wonder about the role this individual plays in modern culinary culture.

With interventions by: Alberto Capatti author of “Pellegrino Artusi – Il fantasma della cucina italiana”, Luisanna Messeri author of “Le storie di Artusi”, while chef Fulvio Pierangelini will present his version of Artusi’s recipes.
