- Buy your ticket with the app PITTISMART
  Download the PITTISMART app free of charge and buy your ticket at the price of €10 starting from the 20th of January to 6th of March 2020. Starting from the 7th of March the price will be 15 €.
  
  Your ticket always with you on your telephone.
  
  The advantages of PittiSmart also include having your very own event guide right there on your device. A simple click lets you browse the Taste catalogue whenever and wherever you like. And that’s not all. Thanks to PITTISMART, buyers who have bought their ticket and accredited journalists can create their own customised experience with the MyPitti menu: selecting Favourite Exhibitors and Brands, adding text and voice notes, plus photos of the show, to help their research and scouting of collections become easier.
  
  OS supported: iOS and Android (no Blackberry or Windows Phone).
  
  CONDITIONS OF USE
  The ticket bought with the PITTISMART app can only be used by the person named on the ticket, and cannot be transferred to others, duplicated, converted into paper tickets or refunded. To enter the fair you need to show your electronic ticket on your mobile device (smartphone/tablet) at the entrance. The payment confirmation emails send to you after the purchase can be used for tax purposes.
- Prepaid Ticket
  The purchase of prepaid tickets is reserved for operators who have completed their registration provided the requested documents, and have received email confirmation from the Pitti Immagine visitor office.
  To purchase your ticket from the 20th of January to the 4th of March 2020, access the MyPitti area, enter your username and password and purchase your prepaid ticket at the price of €15. You can pick up your ticket at the PREPAID registration desk.
  Only credit card payments are accepted.
  
  CONDITIONS OF USE
  The Pitti Ticket can only be used by the person named on the card, cannot be transferred to others, duplicated or refunded. Pitti Cards are valid for tax purposes and must be visibly worn at the event. In case an entrance card is lost or forgotten, a new one must be purchased at the entrance at a cost of € 15.00. Cards are valid for the duration of the fair. There are no daily tickets.
- At the Fair
  Tickets cost €15 and can be bought at the registration desks at the entrance to the fair on presentation of a personal business card. Sector operators visiting the fair for the first time have to show a copy of their company’s chamber of commerce registration.

  saturday: 9.30 am - 2.30 pm. From 2.30 pm the fair will be opened to the general public
  sunday: 9.30 am - 2.30 pm. From 2.30 pm the fair will be opened to the general public

Producers
Food and beverage producers can participate during the hours reserved to professionals buying the ticket at the registration of the fair at the Desk Guests (ticket price of 15€ per person, valid for the duration of the fair). It will be necessary to present your company's business card.
General public
The general public can visit the fair, tickets cost €20 per person. These tickets are valid for one day only. Tickets can be picked up at the registration desks at the entrance to the fair.
The fair is open to the general public ONLY on Saturday and Sunday from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm and on Monday from 9.30 am 4.30 pm.
Children under the age of 10 enter free of charge; pushchairs cannot be taken into the fair and must be left at the free cloakroom. Dogs are not admitted.

Tickets can be purchased online through Musement.com until March 4th, or at the entrance during the event.

1. Download PITTISMART from Google Play or Apple Store

2. Login with the Username and Password you use on MyPitti. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so by clicking here

3. Now you just have to enter the Pitti Coupon code. Tap on the PittiTicket icon and enter the code you received in the space provided without having to fill out the credit card field

Sector operators include the following categories:

- Groceries

- Restaurants and Bars
- Wine shops and Pubs
- Food e-commerce

- Importers/Exporters and distributors

- Buying offices

- Sector representatives

- Suppliers: only suppliers who collaborate with an exhibitor can access the fair. The collaboration must be proved by presenting an invoice.

Childern up to 10 years old are free of charge. Strollers cannot be taken into the fair and must be left at the free cloakroom. Dogs are not admitted.

In relation to Article 24 of the Municipal Regulations on the welfare of animals (resolution CC 285/1999), note that dogs are not permitted to enter the Pitti Immagine trade shows.

Our trade shows are not public in nature and, therefore, the provision referred to is not applicable.

Naturally, there is free access to animals working in the security field and to animals assisting people with disability.

Note also that it is strictly prohibited for animals to enter both on the set-up days as well as on the days of the exhibition itself, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired that are permitted to enter the exhibition (in compliance with the laws in force) as they perform their work duties.
Documents requested
You need to register your company on MyPitti, or directly at the fair at the visitor registration desk.

Documents requested for registration are:

Company documents

- A copy of the company’s chamber of commerce registration

- Agro-Food products purchase invoice issued by a brand taking part in the fair or by another known brand, or any document proof you have a professional activity related to the food industry.

Personal Documents

- A document that certifies “activity on behalf of the company" (e.g. personal business card, letter of appointment)

- Identity document

STAZIONE LEOPOLDA - Viale Fratelli Rosselli, 5 Florence

The Autostrada del Sole (A1 motorway) links Florence with Bologna and Milan to the north and Rome and Naples to the south. The Firenze Mare (A11 motorway) links it with Lucca and the Tyrrhenian coast off the Genoa-Livorno A12 motorway. We suggest taking the Firenze Ovest exit and following signs for the city centre towards Porta al Prato.
- This will take you on Viale Guidoni, Via Forlanini, Viale Redi, Viale Belfiore, Viale Fratelli Rosselli. Paid car park next to Stazione Leopolda.

By Train
The main station is Santa Maria Novella, located right in the centre and just 1 kilometre from Stazione Leopolda. We suggest taking tram 1 to the fair, getting off at the first stop "Porta al Prato-Leopolda".
