Among the special events dedicated to Foraging: Saturday 10 March, from 3.00 to 5.00 p.m., the Serre Torrigiani will host a special workshop aimed at bringing kids closer to the world of foraging, making a complicated subject agreeable and more accessible. 

Fuori di Glutine – Gluten-Free Market
(Spazio Costanza, Via del Ponte alle Mosse, 32)
The "ChiaraGaia - Cucina Giramondo Senza Glutine" Association proposes an event dedicated to Gluten-Free products: a regular market with selected names from the region that are involved in the gluten-free sector.  During the day there will be free laboratories and cookery workshops. (10.00 a.m.-7.00 p.m.)

Mercatino dei contadini di Alveare che dice SI-Farmers’ Market
(Spazio Costanza, Via del Ponte alle Mosse, 32)
Local products, short supply chain, 0 km.  The producers from the “Alveare che dice SI” network will enliven this special Market along with the farmers who, every week, deliver their shopping products around town through the Alveare network of Florence.  The products include cookies from Dolcemporio (Forno Vannini), “cantucci” (dry almond biscuits) from Fratelli Lunardi, artisan pasta from Michele Portoghese, Biobacche Toscana fruit juices and truffles from Savini. 
Workshops and free tastings are planned throughout the day. (10.00 a.m. -7.00 p.m.)
Badalì "Cinta e tartufo"
(Badalì Osteria, Via dei Renai, 11r)
Tastings of cold meats and grilled “Cinta Senese” pork alternated with products made using black truffles from San Miniato.  Specialties by Savini Tartufi and Renieri.  Menu also available on Sunday 11 March. (12.00-10.00 p.m.)

Let's Taste SICS
(Giova, Via Calimaruzza, 13r)
Tasting of Renieri products and I Balzini wines in the company of lifeguard dogs.  The proceeds of the event will be donated to the charity SICS Firenze (School for Lifesaving Dogs) in aid of the campaign aimed at raising awareness about safety at sea and environmental protection. (4.00-8.00 p.m.)

Tartare I Olive You!

For one evening the Frantoio di Santa Téa and the Antica Macelleria Falorni will unite authentic ancient traditional flavors for a unique sensorial tasting session.  It will be possible to taste and learn about the correct matching of three steak tartars with three different extra virgin olive oils. Boia de' (tastes of Livornese cuisine)

An evening characterized by typical Livornese fish cuisine in a street/gourmet version: from cacciucco (fish stew) to salt-cured cod with a tasting of La Petrognola beers. (From 7.30 p.m.)
The truffles of Stefania Calugi, interpreted by Chef Stabile

A menu of 6 dishes with truffles by Stefania Calugi interpreted by the starred chef Marco Stabile and his staff.  The menu will also be available on Sunday 11 March. (From 7.30 p.m.)

Viaggi di gusti-Flavor journeys

Tasting aperitif based on a selection of Antinori wines that will accompany classic “paninis” and finger foods the protagonists of which will be the vinegars of Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti, Upstream salmon and the truffles of Azienda San Pietro a Pettine in Trevi. (7.30-10.00 p.m.)
Cress & Beer

A long aperitif to get to know more about the micro vegetables of Koppert Cress and Amarcord beers through the tasting of preparations by Chef Cristoforo Trapani specially studied for the evening. (7.30-10.00 p.m.)

Pop and Toast Party

A party characterized by fun, music and Selezione Baladin Pop live beer in cans plus a new entry...all accompanied by tasty toasted sandwiches.  A space to live and immerse oneself in the music of the DJ-set by Cecco and Cipo. (8.00 p.m.-02.00 a.m.)
