The Genie in the Pan @ Taste 11

A must have at every edition of Taste, the Genio della Pentola or Genie in the Pan is back again this year: the special recipe book inspired by a selection of products that will be on show during this foodie fair in Florence. After recipes by the food bloggers of the moment, and those put together directly by the exhibitors, at this edition, Taste 11, now it’s the turn of the cookery schools. Three cookery schools in Florence, Apicius, Cordon Bleu and MaMa Florence created two special recipes for Pitti Taste… just waiting to be tasted! Buon appetito!
