When Raffaele Longo started to make his craft beer in 1994, Salento had a vocation for wine production. The work of this master brewer was inspired by his passion and continual research into a product that could inject new life into an already rich, varied agro-food scenario. And this was how the B94 brewery came about in Lecce, in 2008. A pure barley malt craft beer that is the outcome of constant attentive selection of the best ingredients and improvement of the production process.
