Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala moved to Florence to celebrate Trussardi’s 100th anniversary and Italian excellence and to offer the city a unique haute cuisine experience.
Andrea Berton, the Executive Chef of Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala, created a special sampling menu of his recipes that was an important part of Trussardi’s stellar centennial celebrations during Pitti Immagine Uomo 79.
On Thursday, January 13, at Stazione Leopolda, it was possible to taste samples of Chef Berton’s dishes seated in the Trussardi 1911 fashion show area before or after visiting the 8 ½ exhibit of Fondazione Nicola Trussardi.
The sampling session was thought as a sensorial voyage though the elements and techniques that have made Italian cuisine, with its tradition and innovation, famous around the globe. 
It was an occasion for people to take part of the Trussardi world and be a privileged spectator of a display of style and taste that harmoniously interprets the philosophy of Trussardi Group.
