Sealup, Milan-based company since 1935 benchmark in the luxury Rainwear and Outerwear design, confirms its support to emerging talents.

On the occasion of Pitti Uomo Sealup presents its partnership with the Istituto Marangoni, always careful to create prestigious collaborations with industry leaders and expression of Italian style worldwide.
The Sealup contest sees students of the Master Degree in "Fashion Design Menswear and Womenswear", called to re-interpret the Rainwear of Sealup. The challenge is to create a mini capsule collection (Man, Woman and Accessories) inspired by "Rain Stories" ("Right As Rain", as the historic claim of the brand). The winners will have the chance to see their creations - produced by Sealup - exposed in the Sealup area at the Fortezza da Basso on the occasion of Pitti Uomo 90.
The works will be judged by a highly qualified jury including: Alan Prada, Deputy Director of L'Uomo Vogue - Emanuele Farneti - GQ, Ivan Carvalho - Correspondent from Milan for Monocle, Bruna Rossi - Fashion Director of IO Donna, Luca Roscini - Fashion Director of Style/Il Corriere della Sera, Serena Tibaldi - of Repubblica, Francesca Padula - Moda24/Il Sole 24 Ore, Federico Sarica - Director of Studio, Anna Zinola - Professor of Psychology of Marketing at the University of Pavia and of Marketing at the Istituto Marangoni and a selection of fashion bloggers.
