PITTI GENERATION(S) presents the collection of objects by Seletti and Toiletpaper
To celebrate Pitti Generation(s) there will also be a special collection of iconic and evergreen objects realized by the Italian design brand Seletti in cooperation with Toiletpaper, Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari’s cult magazine.
Seletti Wears Toiletpaper is a collection of objects characterized by an inexhaustible desire to experiment, a black humor dipped in pastel colors, democratic, familiar materials combined with unexpected images and a pop mood.
The objects in Seletti Wears Toiletpaper will be the protagonists at the Fortezza da Basso where two new items in the project will be premiered - a line of carpets and a line of "Unusually scented candles" - they will be presented and sold to the public of Pitti Uomo in four special sales outlets: three vehicles (an Ape car, a van and a Volvo station wagon) transformed into original mini-bazaars, animated by picturesque vendors with a vintage allure, and a special temporary shop and showroom set up inside the Sala della Ronda. The Seletti wears Toiletpaper project will be celebrated with a special party on the evening of Wednesday 13 January.
