The Gruppo Marzotto and Filivivi celebrate the bicentenary of Lanerossi, the company founded by Francesco Rossi at Schio, with the exhibition THE RED THREAD OF IDEAS. LANEROSSI 200 YEARS: held in Florence for the Pitti Uomo 92 at La Limonaia in Villa Vittoria from the 13th to the 16th of June and from the 28th to the 30th for Pitti Filati at the Teatrino Lorenese in the Fortezza da Basso.
The exhibition showcases how the works of the major collaborators of the company since the 1930s – artists and designers such as Adolfo Busi, Studio Stile, Armando Testa, Pino Tovaglia, Severo Pozzati, Claudia Morgagni or photographers such as Mauro Masera and Ugo Mulas – are related to some of the communication material developed in the previous century, among which fabric samples, yarn labels, company prints and football initiatives. Material from the Historic Archive of Lanerossi in Schio belonging to the Gruppo Marzotto is on show.
The exhibition is curated by Alessandra Bosco and Fiorella Bulegato and organised by the studio Rovai&Weber.
