“Wall of Fame”:
the Neapolitan dream-book meets international pop culture in the installation by Rolling Stone Italia
The “Wall of Fame” installation by Rolling Stone magazine is dedicated to Pitti Lucky Numbers and is Inspired by the Neapolitan dream-book, la Smorfia and Hollywood’s Walk of Fame dedicated to America’s entertainment professionals. Rolling Stone will set up a new, irreverent yet profound, dream-book of pop culture: a maxi-wall with 90 numbers offering an ironic interpretation of our icons from the worlds of music, movies, television and international culture, created by street artist Laurina Paperina under the direction of Nicolas Ballario, the magazine’s art consultant and critic. Laurina will be at Pitti Uomo and will be adding her impertinent drawings to a series of Rolling Stones, live at the Fortezza.
