Pitti Immagine Bimbo 86

the benchmark international trade fair for kids fashion widens its scope of research, with projects dedicated to new market sectors, special appearances and a focus on emerging talents

540 collections, of which 315 come from abroad (55% overall), over 6,700 buyers and a total of 10,000 visitors in attendance at the last winter edition: these are the numbers for Pitti Immagine Bimbo 86. Pitti Immagine Bimbo, the leading and benchmark trade fair for children’s fashion and lifestyle, is on in Florence from the 18th to 20th January 2018.

A trend platform defined by the keywords of research and transversality, Pitti Bimbo continues to look at the new demands of the market, by presenting its proposals using a complete and well-integrated layout, designed for the most important concept stores, department stores, boutiques and for the most authoritative e-commerce sites. For designers and the historic brands there is the luxury attitude of Apartment, for the names that have made eco-sustainability their banner, Ecoethic, there is the dynamism of the Sport Generation and the urban spirit of the SuperStreet: All these dimensions find a unique space for dialogue in the #ACTIVELAB, the new sector launched for this edition. Then there is the unique blend between research and experimentation in KidzFizz, in the lifestyle & pop design of Fancy Room and the selection of independent high-profile international brands of The Nest.

And yet more, there are the Editorials, with their accessories, gadgets, furnishing accessories and novelties – which in January focus on the mountains and space – it provides fun, useful inspiration to complete the selection accompanying the apparel with extensive global appeal.
