Ready, steady .. go!

From 11 to 13 March 2017, the Pitti Immagine fair-event dedicated to excellence in taste and the culture of quality food returns to the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, The fair is growing in terms of the numbers and exhibition spaces. Lots of new features and projects that will make Taste an even more international reference point.

From Saturday 11 to Monday 13 March 2017, Pitti Immagine presents the 12th edition of PITTI TASTE, the fair dedicated to excellence in taste, Italian lifestyle and table design.

Boosted by the experience and success accumulated during its first 11 years, the next edition of Pitti Taste will be celebrating and building on the journey that has led it to become the Italian salon dedicated to quality food and drink, the place where the world’s finest in the field of haute gastronomie get together, and the reference event for the ever-growing and enthusiastic audience of foodies.

The result of Pitti Immagine’s collaboration with Gastronaut Davide Paolini, Pitti Taste will be held at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence and will present the products and the latest ideas submitted by over 350 companies, selected from amongst the best niche and specialist producers from all over Italy. A journey surrounded by food, wine, objects and ideas, a discovery tour of the many ways we express and experiment with taste today: between tradition and innovation, trends and schools of thought, professional techniques and equipment, food & kitchen design.  With a special space at the end of the itinerary - the Taste Shop - where it is possible to buy the products on display.
 
FUORIDITASTE returns: 
In addition to the events at the Stazione Leopolda, Taste is also the packed calendar of flavorsome events that encompass the whole city during the fair. Every season FuoriDiTaste manages to light up Florence and its most famous venues with dinners, themed tasting sessions, installations, shows and creative performances, debates and many other new and enjoyable ways of looking at food and taste. A program of around 150 successful events that involve a growing number of participants and reserve lots of surprises every year.
