Fini Dance New York is an event that creates a bridge between Italy and the United States through a professional summer school, defined by the Magazine Dance InForma one of the best summer school in the world. This year the school will be followed by the  TV Show “Be The Best!”

The Festival begins in Villapiana Lido, Calabria from July 2nd to the 27th  with teachers from USA and beyond in the techniques of: Classical, Modern, Contemporary, Repertoire, Hip Hop and Aerial Dance. 7 hours of dance every day and lessons also on the beach. On the 13th and 27th there will be an international competition with Gala and Red Carpet. For aspiring Choreographers the opportunity to participate in the Choreographic Workshop from July 15th to 27th. The best candidate will be invited to New York for the Emerging Choreographer Series.

In August from the 23rd to September 3rd we will be in Manhattan with classes and auditions held by directors of schools and companies, visits of the city, photo shoot under the Brooklyn Bridge, meetings with professionals and a Gala evening at the Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater. Participants will also have the opportunity to dance in  the artistic video by Netflix choreographer Gianni Santucci.

WHY TO PARTICIPATE ?
Participants in previous editions have won apprenticeship contracts for schools and companies such as Parsons Dance, Staten Island Ballet, Paul Taylor Dance school, Michael Mao Dance, Martha Graham Dance School, French American Ballet School and many others.
