MSP Italia is a Sports Promotion Body recognised by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
For over 40 years, it has operated nationwide to promote sport, education and social well-being, through projects based on inclusion, training, innovation and sustainability.
The mission of MSP Italia is to promote sport for all as a tool for personal development, social cohesion and active citizenship, ensuring equal access to physical and cultural activities regardless of age, gender, ability or background.

MSP Italia operates in several fields: multidisciplinary sports promotion (dance, gymnastics, martial arts, fitness, football, swimming, tennis and outdoor sports), social inclusion through sport, training of coaches and sport managers, organisation of national and international events, European project development (Erasmus+, Sport for All, Interreg) and institutional cooperation with schools, universities, local authorities and federations.

The organisation is structured through regional and provincial committees, ensuring a strong territorial presence and close cooperation with public institutions and local associations.

MSP Italia’s activities are guided by core values: sport as a universal right, lifelong education and training, equity and respect for diversity, and the promotion of volunteering and active citizenship.
Through sport, MSP Italia contributes to building a more inclusive, cohesive and participatory society.
