Almost 300 years ago, Juan Famenias Floris, who came to London from his native Menorca, created his first perfume and recorded the formula in a large leather-bound book. He continued to create individual blends for his illustrious customers and with each new fragrance, the original formula was handwritten in this very book. For almost three centuries, these records, along with the many others that followed, have been meticulously preserved in the perfumery at 89 Jermyn Street and have been passed down through each generation of the family, providing inspiration for the new Floris fragrances that are still created today at the same address in the St. James's district. In addition to fragrances for the person, Floris offers fragrances for the environment and products for men's grooming and body care.
