Luciana and I are in love with all things new. When we made our first jar of pickled vegetables in 2005, we had no idea that was where our future would lie. From here on we have never stopped experimenting with new inventions and mixtures.
In 2012, we set up a brand new workshop dedicated to our family favourites, an ideal marriage of who we are and what we do.
We make no compromises in our approach to food. We select only vegetables grown on local farms using ethical, sustainable methods, with the utmost respect for the balance of nature. We use no chemical additives and we process our products by hand.
This is what makes our gastronomic treats so simple and so good.
