not far away Temples of Hera and Cerere, we work the same land that the ancient Greeks chose as their new home. For over twenty years, we have been cultivating and transforming the typical products of our territory, strictly by hand and one by one, without adding preservatives or additives. Maida of the Vastola family is the project of a well-organized farm; a project that seeks quality rather than quantity and, as our Fabrizio always says, a “small act of faith”. And it is also the recovery of forgotten crops, such as the almost disappeared yellow tomato, rediscovered by Franco, our founder. Maida is the ancient art of preserves that has its roots in the history of a family and a territory.
