Postalmarket: the strategies of the new marketplace
for food & beverage excellence

Postalmarket, the new marketplace for Made in Italy excellence, including the Food & Beverage sector, will be among the protagonists of Taste 2022 with an exhibiting stand and two talks. 

The first, Evolution of the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, new actors, and opportunities for agri-food SMEs and artisans (Saturday 26 March, 10.30 am – UNICREDIT TASTE ARENA),  will feature the head of the Food & Beverage sector of Postalmarket, Carlo Vischi, together with Febo Leondini, tutor of the master in trade management at Luiss Business School, Giancarlo Carniani, general manager of the TO Florence Hotel group, and Andrea Gori, restaurateur “Da Burde” and influencer. Alessio Badia, general manager of Postalmarket, will join on of Davide Paolini’s Rings for the talk New distribution models for short supply chain products (Monday 28 March, 11.00 am), together with Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, Marco Porcato, CEO and founder of Cortilia, Riccardo Uleri, CEO of Longino & Cardenal, and Chiara Brandi, CEO and founder of Genuino.Zero

Some numbers to frame the scope of the Postalmarket e-commerce: the platform records 20,000 hits per day; the blog and newsletters reach over 100,000 active users every week; and their social media generate thousands of interactions. Furthermore, there are already 300 Italian companies, of which more than 150 in the "Food & Beverage" sector, for a total of 60 thousand products available.
