Our enterprise is located in the heart of Tuscany exactly in the middle between Pisa and Florence on the hills of the historical Town of San Miniato where we collect the Precious White Truffle, The Tuber Magnatum Pico, the best among all of the varieties of this special fungus.
Along with the sale of the fresh truffle, that we have been carrying on since 1930 and which represents our core business, with devotion and care in the years we developed the production of a series of truffle-based specialities.
