Agricola San Michele Arcangelo is a social cooperative that transforms work into excellent products through organic farming. 
The company has its roots in social issues. Indeed, it was born in 2007 as a social farm with the aim to offer job and social inclusion opportunities to disadvantaged people coming from educational and therapeutic backgrounds. 
Agricola San Michele is located on Macerata hills (Marche Region). In this landscape, a wide variety of products, such as vines, olives trees, fruit and vegetables are cultivated with knowledge. In addition to the sale of fresh products, the value chain is completed when part of the harvest arrives in the laboratory and transformed by hand into organic products. The laboratory is characterised by low-temperature vacuum processing, that allows to preserve all the nutritional and health-giving principles of the individual products as well as aromas, colours and textures. 
The company produces  compotes with fruit sugars only, compotes and jams with cane sugar and lemon juice, syrups dipped in a cane sugar solution, juices with fruit only, vegetables preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, gluten-free passata and sauces with no added preservatives. Agricola San Michele also produces wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
