With a completely new image and an exhibition stand of over 100 m², the childrenswear brand Rubacuori comes to Pitti Bimbo 82 under the name of Maëlie.
Launch of the FW 2016-17 collections and presentation to buyers and the press of the new luxury brand will be accompanied by a special charity event starring the Pigotta, the UNICEF icon ragdoll, adopted by the brand for this special occasion. Eight little girls will become stylists for a day, creating special outfits for the Pigotta dolls with fabrics and patterns from the FW 2016 collection by Maëlie.
The guest of honour will be Melissa Satta, who will be talking about the charity project together with the CEO of Manifatture Daddato, Giuseppe Daddato.
With this event, Maëlie highlights its commitment to social problems in childhood, supporting UNICEF in its Syria emergency project, which aims to guarantee children affected by war the right to an education, creating spaces especially for children, where they can make new friends, play and study.
