A whole series of events that light up the city
FuoriDiTaste is the calendar of events involving food and wine in Florence, during the week of Taste, starring restaurants, delicatessens, boutiques, art galleries, theaters and museums.
In the first edition in March 2009, FuoriDiTaste has had great success with critics and audiences, with over 40 events in calendar that took place in Florence's exceptional location. This year it has reached over 100 events organized.
Between tastings of “artistic” beers – special label beers - live performances, tasting of Tuscany wines, and jazz music, Florence comes alive with food and wine culture.
There are also, workshops on the achievement of the “IGP” (protect geographical indication), lectures and laboratories of haute cuisine and other events dedicated to the protagonist “par excellence” of Italian food such as fish, pasta, bread, tomatoes, salami, cheese and balsamic vinegar.
FuoriDitaste is not only a target date for curious and connoisseurs of gastronomical who want to share their passion and knowledge, it is also a whole city that comes alive to celebrate its Country.
