HUNTING WORLD PRESENTS ITS FIRST FULL READY TO WEAR COLLECTION
For the first time in its 50 year history, Hunting World will debut a full collection of ready to wear during the upcoming Pitti Uomo 92, in Florence. The apparel collection will be presented to the press and trade at Stazione Leopolda Wednesday June 14th during an evening runway show. The freshly-designed collection launches a new direction for the luxury brand well-known for its iconic Battue range of bags and accessories.
Yosuke Aizawa recently joined the Hunting World creative team and helped develop many of the looks which express an outdoor lifestyle with an urban sophistication. Mr. Aizawa has worked previously in his own line, White Mountaineering, blending technical outdoor gear sensibility with the finesse of fashion sportswear. Using textiles sourced from around the world and combining the technical with the classic, this Italy-produced collection will resonate with brand loyalists as well as those seeking updated classics with a youthful twist and ease.
Hunting World has long stood for excellence of construction and materials and this new foray into ready to wear promises superb make, performance fabrics and thoughtful design grounded in authenticity and sophistication.
Born in 1977, after graduated from the Department of Product and Textile Design, Tama Art University in 2001, worked for Comme des Garçons. Launched his brand White Mountaineering starting with the autumn/winter season in 2006. He has worked in partnerships with many kinds of brands such as Moncler W, Barbour Beacon Heritage Range, BURTON THIRTEEN, adidas Originals by White Mountaineering.
