Norwegian Rain’s T-Michael has teamed up with renowned Japanese bespoke tailoring firm Y and Sons, to present a series of kimonos made from a cloth designed by T-Michael. The cloth in question is a heavy flannel cloth with a mono stripe running through the entire length. The kimono is hand cut and the stripe is positioned as per the client wishes.

Tailoring, Function and Hi-tech: the brand’s DNA is based on the fusion of these three elements. Tailoring techniques and heritage meet Japanese sensitivity in a line of outerwear that is technologically innovative, with special focus on the rainwear segment. It features a collection of raincoats with big-impact volumes and a touch of camouflage, in extraordinary techno-fabrics.

The premiere of the collection will be on Wednesday 11 January at 11.30am in the Piazzale in front of the Main Pavillion.
